Halloween Nether Bastion

As for this years Halloween holiday I created a nether bastion for players to get spooky.

1. Change the 'Level Name' in your server properties to world_halloween-fortress

2. Create a portal around the coordinates XZ: 190 / -300

3. Make sure 'Nether World' is enabled and enter the portal
