World Teleporter
With this add-on you can easily teleport between worlds. Origanally Minehut had this command
available, but for some reason they removed it. Thus I am bringing it back!

Setup

1. Install the add-on to your server.

2. You are done!

Helpful Information:

• You can use /world, /worlds, /wl to get the world list.

• If you want to teleport to another world without the list,
  use /wtp <world> instead.

• If a world is just uploaded, you might need to restart your server
  to get the world in the list.
