XRAY DETECT

Xray Detect, is a simple and cheap Xray Detection Skript. When a player mines a specific number of ore, in 5 minutes they get detected and a message is sent to all operators.

Once a player gets detected, you can do /xrayinspect <their username> and see more stats on the ores they've mined. You can also do a "Vanish Teleport" in that menu, that will teleport you to them and change your gamemode to spectator.
